When unplanned service is necessary to resume the operation, customers need a reliable service partner to act quickly and fix the issue. As time is of the essence, this requires more than just standard maintenance service, but a fast track support to keep plant downtime to a minimum and save revenue.

Our service

With Express Service KROHNE offers a corresponding premium upgrade to its Core Services for commissioning and maintenance that allows for even faster service response times. Based on individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with KROHNE, ultimate care customers are granted a defined reaction time.

KROHNE engineers will do all that is possible to fix the issue remotely in the first place. If these attempts are unsuccessful, then KROHNE will mobilise an engineer to visit the site within seven days (subject to visa and travel conditions). This allows customers to get their equipment back up and running quickly, helping to maintain productivity and providing a quick return on investment in this express service option.
